How long does it take to receive my
order?
Your order is processed and
shipped within 24 hours. Most orders are delivered within five to fourteen
business days depending on what country you live in. (refer to Shipping Link
on this website). If you want special shipping, such as Overnight or Priority
delivery, please e-mail us with the details.
My order arrived in a damaged box. Should I accept it?
If the item ordered may be
damaged, refuse the shipment and call or e-mail us. If only the shipping
carton is damaged, you can accept the shipment, but note the carton damage
when you sign the shipper's logsheet. You can still file a claim if the
ordered item is damaged.
Can I change a payment method after submitting an order?
The manner of payment cannot
be changed once you have selected a payment method and submitted your order.
Is it safe to pay by credit card online?
Absolutely! Information
provided by you is transmitted to us by software that encrypts the

When will I be billed? Your credit card will be authorized the day your place
your order. The actual billing occurs as the order is shipped.
How can I change an order already submitted?
Once an order is submitted,
it is electronically transferred and cannot be changed.
Will sales tax be applied to my order?
No Sales Tax will apply to
your order. Shipping charges are non-taxable.
Do You Wholesale?
Yes we do, and have required
quantities for a minimum order. Just email us with your requirements and we
will give you a special wholesale price according to the order.
How do I pay for my purchase?
We prefer payments through
Paypal. You do not need a Paypal account to order and Paypal accepts most
