Shipping Details:
Free Shipping on orders over $100.00US
to any worldwide destination. All orders are shipped by New Zealand Postal
Service which takes approx 4-8days to Australiasian countries, 10-14 days to
all US and Canada Destinations and 14-21days to UK destinations.
If any orders are required by
Urgent Courier Post, Destination time will be quicker but an additional charge
will apply for this service. All Postage will have a tracking Id to give you
peace of mind that your products will reach its destination. A flat rate of US
$7.00 applies to orders under US $100.00.
SHIPPING FOR NEW ZEALAND CUSTOMERS
FREE SHIPPING for all orders shipped within
New Zealand using Standard Post only. Please allow 3-4 days for delivery. If
you request courier post there will be an additional cost.

Your complete satisfaction is our goal at
Wynrae Gems and Jewels If within thirty (30) days of purchase you are not
satisfied with you piece and wish to return merchandise, e-mail or call us at:

As all these items are individually handmade we take particular care in
packaging, so if they arrive damaged please let us know. We will issue you a
Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number that must accompany your return
and must be marked on the box. Non Refundable: Any item that is damaged by
customer is out of our control and therefore no payment will be refunded for
that item.
